Meet Olivia
Artist, poet, caretaker, womb healer, and somatic healer
Olivia began an intense healing journey when she lost her voice back in 2019. Unable to speak, she began redefining herself from within. Navigating this unknown darkness is where Olivia found her art, remembering the medicine of movement, inner connection, and self-forgiveness. Over the years, Olivia has sought wisdom in many generations of woman, working with powerful indigenous woman, working with woman as mentors, teachers, as their caretaker- listening closely to their reflections, stories, watching the way they Love, take care of themselves and their responsibilities.
In 2019, Olivia received her 200hr YTT in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga through School of Yoga Institute. Since 2022, she has been studying the body through a somatic lens and is now a Certified Somatic Movement and Trauma-informed Facilitator through Body Temple School of Love. Over the last couple of years, she has been deepening her relationship with her womb through self and community research, learning anatomy and receiving sex education through Adriana Rizzolo, a powerhouse teacher in tantra and mystical lineages. Olivia learned the traditional Mayan Womb Massage by Nana Mimi, a womb healer whose knowledge dates back generations in the Guatemalan lineage. Olivia has also studied midwifery, learning the medicine of the placenta and rebozo with Daniela Salinas, a traditional Chilean-Mexican midwife, writer, and international speaker.
Olivia has spent years leading woman’s womb healing, movement, and ritual circles- guiding others in foundational healing rituals and practice. She’s devoted to cultivating an alive, empowered, fun and creative community that is here to support you on your journey!
