Join me for a class of movement and celebration!! Two years ago on my 24th birthday, I began hosting circles, classes, guiding movement, song, writing. I fell so in love with facilitating and am so grateful to be on this path. To celebrate my 26th, I am hosting my first online class- yay for accessibility and being in the nest of our own beautiful spaces.
I’m going on an off grid retreat for my birthday so this offering takes place the day before, September 9th at 11am PST/ 8am HST, we will be celebrating ourselves through expression of movement, song, & writing!! Body Temple Dance, a free form somatic movement class will be embedded into our class- so fun!
This is a space where the medicine of each of our souls heals each other, in some way. We welcome all folks to come exactly as you are!
We have a very generous sliding scale- come for free or make a donation. Thank you and I am so grateful.
