We spent last week in a profound and unbelievable container of deeply rooted teachings, demonstration, stories, and wisdom. I am offering a somatic donation-based class to support those in this container because we need integration! In our somatic work, we meet our edges and share our experiences through movement, writing, and song.
We will also be doing ritual around how we want to integrate this information and beautiful experience and alchemize into sharing our gifts and passions with the community.
